For ‘TELL ME SOMETHING’ we use a type of improvisation called Soundpainting, where we create nuanced live compositions based on audience suggestions. Everything is improvised on the spot. I use my sewing machine, and place clothing on ensemble members when prompted by the Soundpainter. I also sing, drum, and contribute appropriately as signed.
